Gift Vouchers

12 month Policy

  • All gift vouchers must be used within 12 months from purchase date
  • Any gift voucher over the 12 month timeframe will no longer be valid
  • Gift voucher must be presented at time of appointment
  • Clients who “don’t show” for their appointment, the voucher will become invalid

Beauty Treatments

24 hr Cancellation Policy

  • 24 hrs cancellation of beauty appointment is greatly appreciated
  • Pre-paid beauty packages must be used within a 12 month time frame (unless specified)
  • Clients who “don’t show” for appointment may be charged upon their next appointment

Beauty Training

5 Day – 24hr Cancellation Policy

  • 5 days’ notice is required for cancellation of workshop
  • Less than 5 days’ notice will result in 50% refund only
  • Less than 24hrs notice of cancellation no refund will be issued
  • Certificate issued only on successful completion of workshop

ONLINE SHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

You are entitled to a full refund if the product is faulty only, not for change of mind and must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.

  • If you receive a refund the payment will be returned in the same manner it was purchased.
  • If eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The item must not be physically damaged from dropping or mistreatment.
